Wiegmann Associates of St. Charles has begun HVAC work on a new 16-story student housing project near Purdue University in West Lafayette, Ind.

Wiegmann is serving as the engineer of record and design/build HVAC mechanical contractor for the project. The general contractor is Brinkmann Constructors.

The building, called Rise on Chauncey, will be the tallest in West Lafayette and will include 300 studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units.
