The Women of Wiegmann (WOW) at Wiegmann Associates is a dedicated team of professionals committed to advancing the role of women within the mechanical construction industry. We strive to foster an inclusive environment that supports and empowers women at all stages of their careers. Our mission is to promote gender equality, provide mentorship and networking opportunities, and advocate for the visibility and recognition of women’s contributions in the field.
Through active community involvement, we work to inspire and educate the next generation of female leaders in construction.
