PROJECT SCOPE
Watlow designs and manufactures industrial heaters, temperature sensors, controllers and supporting software for a variety of thermal applications. The Advanced Technology Center project in Maryland Heights, Missouri, added 30,000 square feet of new construction and renovated 56,000 square feet.
As the installing HVAC contractor, Wiegmann furnished and installed all HVAC equipment and the compressed air system. The complexity of the replaced systems as well as the density of the warehouse and production spaces were primary project challenges, which our team addressed through stringent organization, scheduling and communications.
