ST. LOUIS, MO – Wiegmann Associates has completed HVAC work for U.S. Auto Force’s new 87,000-square-foot warehouse in Colorado Springs, CO. The general contractor for the design/build project was Brinkmann Constructors.
Wiegmann Associates designed a cost effective HVAC system to serve the warehouse and offices as well as forklift charging and battery exhaust systems. They also designed a five-zone Building Automation controls system for enhanced and remote temperature control for the office space.
Wiegmann also was the HVAC and Building Automation contractor for the new 43,500-square-foot warehouse for Mygrant Glass, a tenant in the same building owned by developer U.S. Venture. The project was completed on an accelerated five-week schedule.
