This week, Wiegmann Associates is proud to celebrate Women in Construction Week by inspiring the next generation! Our team members, Mary Clodfelter, Audrey Barrett, and Melissa Denton had the privilege of reading The House That She Built to kindergarten through 4th grade students at St. Cletus sharing the story of incredible women who make an impact in the construction industry.

By highlighting the diverse roles in construction, from architects to engineers to skilled trades, we hope to encourage young minds – especially young girls – to see the possibilities in building a future where they, too can shape the world around them.
